Product Description: These jams have half the sugar (unsulphated), twice the fruit, no preservatives, pectin powder, artificial colours, or flavours. Nothing that our 3-year-old cannot eat in the raw form. How do we know? Ours ate! Each fruit and spice is picked under strict supervision and our jams are made with recipes passed down from mother-to-daughter over the past century.

Flavour: Citrusy with a crunch. Grainy with bits of fruit and bitter-sweet lime zest.

Usage: Toast, crackers, and in tarts.
Storage and Handling Instructions: Refrigerate after opening. These are delicate fruits. Best consumed at 14C.
Expiry(Shelf Life): 2 years from the date of manufacturing before opening. 10-12 weeks after opening. Our jams have a BEST AFTER date too!
