The ganache has a smooth buttery texture and is a good contrast to the outer layer which is crisp in nature. Weighing between 8-10 gms each, these bonbons contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians. These handcrafted chocolates are best before 15 days from the time of creation.
