Usage: 

Frequency: Once a week or fortnight.

Shake well before use.

Wet your face & body with warm water. Scoop out the scrub on wet palms, and gently rub your palms together. Apply it on your face & body, gently scrubbing and massaging the skin. Leave it on for a few minutes, then wash thoroughly with warm water.

P.S. It may leave a slight chocolate colour and oil on the skin, but this will disappear once wiped off.
