Coconut Palm Sugar

Product Description: This sugar is derived from evaporated sweet nectar of sugar blossoms that grow at the top of the coconut tree. It is used as a replacement for normal cane sugar and is naturally low on G.I. (G.I is rated at 35 in comparison to cane sugar which is 68). Coconut palm sugar also has a nutrition content of high value and is rich in all ways compared to the commercially available sweeteners.

Q Factor: This sugar is loaded with Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Iron. A natural source of Vitamine B1, B2, B3, B6 and C, it's a perfect sweetener for smoothies, shakes, spreads, cereals and all kinds of desserts. A great compliment with cocoa products for both nutrition and taste.
