Usage:
Recipe 1: Millet Laddus:
To 5 spoons of Sorghum Flour, add 1 cup of water, 3 spoons of Sugar/Jaggery, 1 spoon Ghee (optional). Mix well and make round balls for an evening snack of healthy and tasty laddus.
Recipe 2: Millet Rotis:
To one cup of Sorghum popped flour, add 2 cups of Water, add Salt for taste, 2 spoons of Oil and mix well to make a roti mix. Oil the pan lightly and flatten the dough and heat it on low flame.
