Cultivated using biodynamic and organic farming practices. With zero chemical farming and absolutely no carbon footprint on the estate, all of the coffee is hand picked, hand sorted, and roasted on the farm.
Type of Roast: Both our coffees have a medium to dark roast.
Grinding: Fine ground Coffee goes great with almost all coffee preparation techniques, French press, and drip or age old Filter Coffee method.
Usage: Our Coffee can be brewed in pretty much anyway there is. However, we suggest the following ways of preparation:
- Filter Coffee: This is a popular method of Coffee preparation in South India a. Add 1 teaspoon of Coffee Powder to every 100 ml of hot water inside the top compartment/reservoir of the coffee filter. Let the Coffee brew for 8-10 mins. The brewed decoction drips into the lower compartment/reservoir. Add 20 ml of brewed decoction to 100 ml of hot milk, add sugar to taste.
- Add 10 gm of Filter Coffee Powder in a cup with hot water. b. Let it brew for 6-8 mins c. Filter the decoction and Add sugar and milk to taste, or enjoy it as black coffee.
Storage and Handling Instruction: Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Store in a dry airtight container.
Consume Within: 18 months from the date of manufacture.
