Product Description: While benefits of green tea are well known. Arjun bark is a natural product of the Arjun tree, commonly used in Ayurveda to cure heart ailments. It protects our DNA from damage due to toxins and flushes out kidney stones. This herb is a cardiac stimulant and therefore has a tonic and cooling effect. Regular use improves symptoms of Asthma.

Brewing Time: 3 min.

Ideal Temperature of Water for Brewing: 100° Celcius.

Usage: Boil water in a pot. Add one teaspoon of tea into the pot and turn off the gas. Approx quantity is less than half teaspoon per cup. Let it brew for 3 minutes or till it reaches it desired strength. Pour tea into a cup and enjoy. Add sugar or honey as per taste. Milk is optional. You can also add few drops of lemon juice to make a refreshing drink.
